Something different
If you are looking for a place where everyone can be creative and have fun at the same time, look no further than The Imaginrium for your next party or event. We cater for all types of party, from children’s to small private family gatherings and adult parties too.
No party is too small, all we recommend is for children’s parties to be around two hours in length, that way it gives everyone time to enjoy some snacks, perhaps a birthday cake, and then enough time to create something truly special to take home.
Your party will have dedicated workstations, a private room/area (depending on party size), and our party backdrop for you to take your own party photos in front of. We can even theme your party if you wish, just let us know at the time of booking (additional fees for themed parties may apply). You are more than welcome to bring your own food, snacks and birthday cake, or you can choose one of our party add-ons where we take care of it all. And why not make sure your party is a complete success with our party bags, all come with treats, a present and something creative too.

Feeling furry
Get together with friends and create your own lovely fur covered mask.
Read more
Create a beautiful fur covered, cat, human, or rabbit mask. Prices include fur, or felt, mesh for the eyes, whiskers and side fur or yarn trim. Your guests can even make a nose to add to their mask too.

Create and build your own fantasy world and then paint a fantasy mask.

Build your fantasy world from our choice of bases which start at just £5.00 – you set the budget and we help you decide which base is best to use.
The price includes use of all paints, glues, glitters and many items from our inclusive buffet. We recommend setting the budget for this part of the party at a minimum of £10.00 – this way your guests get to choose some extra characters to add to their worlds too.
Once done with the worlds your guest can enjoy painting a ceramic of their choice from our £8.50 range.

Hidden treasure
Create a treasure world in a box, then play some of our hidden treasure games.

This price includes use of all paints, glues, glitters and many items from our inclusive buffet. We recommend setting the budget for this part of the party at a minimum of £12.00 – this way your guests get to choose some extra characters or treasures to add to their worlds too.
Once done everyone will have fun finding hidden treasure items around The Imaginarium. Prizes will be given for each game winner – don’t worry everyone will get a little special something. Games are priced at £5 per game, we recommend 5 games.

Zombie mania
Create your own scary zombie world, then get sticky with zombie slime.

It doesn’t have to be Halloween to want to create your own scary or creepy zombie world. You can either choose a custom-made plaster base or one of our medium wooden bases. Decorate it how you like, then add one of our very special miniature zombies to it too.

Alien space
Make your own alien, build your alien a space world, and then make galaxy slime.

Creation zone
Make and create something special, all for prizes against your friends.

The aim of this package is fun, competitive games for points and prizes against fellow party guests.
First we start with constructing a world of each guest’s choosing – this they get to take home with them at the end, but we still award points to every world created. Next using a mix of Lego, Strux and K’nex we build games around constructing items from set categories – all of which are chosen at random by the birthday person. Each games is timed, and at the end of each round points are awarded. At the very end prizes are given for those with the highest number of points – don’t worry we try to give every guest a prize so no-one feels left-out.

Build a mini Robot model, create a world for them and make metallic slime.

No party is complete without a birthday cake, whether you are looking for a traditional design or a character/themed one, a chocolate one or even individual cupcakes we can cater for them all. We can also provide Gluten-free and Vegan cakes too for an additional cost.
All our cakes come with candles and a special birthday topper for you to keep.
Price: From £15.00 for a standard vanilla cake for 10 people.
Candy-floss
More details
Add a splash of fun to your party with our freshly made candy-floss. We use candy-floss sugar that contains only natural flavours and colourings – so even we it’s electric blue you know it isn’t full of awful chemicals. Colours of candy-floss are random but if you would like yours in a specific colour please let us know and we will see what we can do.

Popcorn

Popcorn is always fun and ours is fresh-made during your party. We start with plain popcorn and have flavourings you can add – from plain to a light dusting of sugar or even cinnamon sugar, to salt and even salt and vinegar!
Our popcorn is organic too.

Marshmallow popcorn balls
More details
Add our marshmallow popcorn balls to your party for an extra treat. They are sweet, a bit sticky, a bit crunchy, but overall really yummy.
We use marshmallows that have natural colourings and flavourings and our popcorn is organic too.
Vegetarian marshmallows can be used instead at an extra cost.

Party treat bags

The success of a party can rise and fall on the treat bag – so we have been reliably told! So make sure your party finishes as it should with a special party treat bag for every guest. Ours bags are beautiful re-useable metalic mini tote bags, and they come with treats, some sweets and a crafting item – they are not just filled with lots of plastic rubbish and are completely re-useable too!
We price a bag for every guest as well as the birthday person, but if you would rather it just be for the guests please let us know.

Sweet Kebabs

Why not treat your party guests to a special treat – a marshmallow sweet kebab. We use a range of sweets so if you have a specific sweet request, such as Percy Pigs, by all means let us know and we will do our best, there may be an extra charge for specific sweets. We can provide kebabs in standard sweets and sour sweets. Our kebabs come in a plastic wrapper so if you would rather have these added to a party bag just let us know.

Party games
Why not add an extra bit of fun to the party with our party game fillers. Whatever you choose as the main party activity we will create a fun competitive game/s around it. Each party game earns everyone points for certain categories such as ‘most wackiest’, ‘prettiest’, ‘silliest’ etc. At the end the person with the most points wins a prize, and we try to give as many little prizes as we can to keep things fair.
Price: £5.00 per game – this covers the cost of the prizes.
Length of time: 10-15 minutes
Fuse beads
Create fun and funky bag charms/key-rings using fuse beads. This does take a level of patience so not necessarily good for younger guests unless they are helped by an accompanying parent. Don’t worry we do the hot bit with the iron.

Jewellery making
Make beautiful bead and charm pieces of jewellery as well as key-rings and bag charms. Personalise them or make matching friendship pieces too.

No hidden extras
We only ever charge for what you do at your party, so even if we plan for extra activities but run out of time don’t worry you won’t be charged. Even if some of your guests don’t turn up we won’t charge you for things like activities and gift bags that they might have had. The only charge we make is for food or special things purchased.
To secure your party date all we ask is a £25.00 deposit, fully refundable upto seven days before the party, after that time we will offer you the option to either move your party to another date or take the deposit in gift vouchers.
